Vitamin C ! Best health source in winter time! Directly from fruit works much better :0)

Hello! Friends from Language Talk4fun! Winter is here Merry Christmas to all! Just placing a helpful chart with several delicious and wonderful fruits that have vitamin C also known as Ascorbic Acid, helps kids on their growth, development, and repairs body tissues, it also helps a strong respiratory system, and many more benefits! We find in this list Oranges, Lemons, Strawberries, making a nice decorated plate for children is awesome in Lunch and Breakfast! As a Mom I always would make for Diego homemade Fruit ice cream, it was a way for me to make him eat fruits I added some honey to make it sweeter, you dont have to fruits have enough natural sugar! In winter time you can try nice juices or simply cover strawberries with a little bit of honey and decorate them as the pic below
