Papaya Fruit is one of my favorites! This delicious sweet tropical fruit is very easy for babies to eat and they just adore it! You want to have healthy skin :) papaya does miracles, it helps the heart to be strong and also improves vision. Papaya at an early age is very important mostly to prevent bad digestions in children, the most you avoid treating your kids with medications the better, alternative and herbal natural medicine must be always the first option. You can prepare a delicious juice for your children or simple eat it natural, also Papaya ice cream is awesome! Add papaya to your salads it gives a special flavour!
