Friends :) A nice chart with some delicious fruits full of vitamin C which helps us prevent any type of virus wanting yo attack our respiratory system, having 3 fruits per day helps us away from colds and flues. Remember we are what we eat :) kids adore fruits, they provide natural sugar and energy needed for their daily activities!
